![]() ![]() ![]() We had a similar problem with conscripts in coh2, where molotovs were basically useless cause the throwing animation took so long. Then i felt like, that nades are very easily dodged, since they have a 1,5 sec timer and the throw animation takes ages. Just call in a fresh new one, and you were mostly good to go. Sapper start as brit felt like the only difference, cause you could just run up, to them, don't drop a model and then shred them in cqc.īut especially being "cheeky" and overengaging seemed to pay off big time, because retreating through blobs of 4-5 units didn't kill your unit off most of the time, especially not when it was full hp, basically felt like no risk and BIG reward. The time to kill infantry felt very long, and thus you just look at each other for a whole long time, when the fight is taken out on long to mid range. Of course i asked myself what it was, that i feel that way and i think i found out what has lead to it.ġ.) Time to Kill for Infantry is too long.Ģ.) Overengaging Infantry doesn't get punished, or very rarely.ģ.)Model drops barely come before the unit is down to 65% hpĤ.) Nades are too easy to dodge (Pathfinder Riflenade excluded)ĥ.) Unit Preservation felt not important, just call in a new one (even tho it was supposed to be even more important than coh2, iirc from the deep dive stream)Ħ.) (VP Tickrate and the army compositions not fully coming into play)ħ.) Rocket Arties being rather weak tinstead being the bringer of destruction. It felt like mostly missing, only when there was a flamer, a little bit of former known intensity of combat came back. One thing that wasn't so promising for me was the intensity of infantry combat. Playing the MP-Test has given us a good insight of CoH3 and in my opinion, most of the things delivered a promising outlook for the launch. You delivered on the promise of trying to get it to run on a lot of systems (from my PoV).ĪND THANK YOU FOR THE HOTKEYS I ALMOST CRIED!!! :P First of all, I think you did a pretty good job! 0 Bugsplats, 0 Lags. ![]()
